Challenge

Creative feedback accumulated across hundreds of projects, but valuable insights were rarely captured once work shipped. Leadership lacked a consistent way to identify recurring patterns or use past projects to improve future client relationships.

Solution

I designed an AI-powered intelligence platform that transformed creative feedback into actionable insights, helping teams recognize recurring patterns, improve collaboration, and make more informed account decisions.

Impact

  • Turned historical feedback into reusable organizational knowledge

  • Improved visibility into creative feedback trends

  • Helped identify recurring client patterns

  • Established a foundation for proactive account health monitoring

Creative feedback is one of the most valuable sources of insight inside a creative organization, yet it often remains scattered across individual projects and review cycles.

I built an internal intelligence platform that organized this information into a structured knowledge base, allowing leadership to better understand how clients collaborate, identify recurring themes, and apply those learnings across future engagements.

1. Capturing institutional knowledge

Rather than allowing valuable feedback to disappear after a project shipped, the platform transformed recurring observations into reusable organizational knowledge.

Over time, teams built a growing understanding of client preferences, creative patterns, and collaboration history that informed future projects and reduced repeated feedback.

2. Identifying meaningful trends

The platform surfaced patterns across client engagements, allowing leadership to move beyond anecdotal observations and identify emerging opportunities or operational risks through consistent reporting.

This provided a more objective way to prioritize conversations, support teams, and improve long-term client relationships.

3. Executive Reporting

Insights were summarized into executive-ready reports that highlighted recurring themes, collaboration trends, and meaningful changes across active accounts.

Rather than reviewing projects individually, leadership could understand creative performance through a consistent organizational lens.

As the platform evolved, it became more than a reporting tool—it established a repeatable framework for learning from completed work and continuously improving future client engagements.

The project demonstrated how creative feedback could become a long-term organizational asset rather than a record of past projects.
